Caroline Callaway has been where you are.
In 2007, she started Bolt PR with a laptop and a lot of grit. Over the next 13 years, she grew it into an award-winning agency with four offices nationwide, representing B2B and B2C brands that needed results, not reports. In 2020, Bolt was acquired.
She’s spent every year since doing what entrepreneurs do: building again. First as co-founder of Legacy Marketing Ventures, serving as a fractional CMO for global brands focused on leads and revenue. And now with spark* communications, a senior-led PR and digital marketing agency she’s building with two leaders from her Bolt days.
Caroline deeply understands the importance of making every dollar invested count, and she runs spark* so that each of yours does.
She and her family put down roots in Nashville when her husband joined the Tennessee Titans coaching staff. They’ve been all in on Middle Tennessee ever since.
