What To Expect:
This role is carefully crafted for someone who's spent the better part of a decade doing client work and doing it well. Someone who knows what great account leadership looks like and is ready to bring that special spark to our new agency.
As one of our first hires, you’ll be equal parts strategist, operator, and doer. Someone who thrives in both big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution.
Working closely alongside the agency’s president, you’ll lead and execute on early-stage client partnerships. You'll be the person clients trust, the one keeping strategy sharp, and the one making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’re energized by building something from the ground up and motivated by the opportunity to grow alongside the agency. A real seat at the table from day one.
Who You Are:
An experienced agency professional with a strong background in integrated communications.
You thrive on account oversight and daily execution; no task is too small. From strategic planning, reporting and timelines to crafting press materials, media lists and content calendars. Clients sleep better knowing you're on it.
You build the kind of client relationships that feel more like partnerships than contracts. A trusted advisor who shows up and plays a pivotal role in growing clients’ business.
You exhibit established business acumen and are savvy in all aspects of media relations, digital marketing, experiential and influencer activations and content development. You know how to make it work together, not in silos.
You know how paid, organic, social, and SEO plug into PR, and you're fluent enough to bring it into client conversations naturally.
KPIs are your love language and reporting isn't a chore for you. It's a chance to roll up your sleeves, show what's working, why it matters, and where to go next. No vanity metrics, just the raw, real picture.

What We Look For:
7–10+ years of experience in media relations, communications, or public relations with a track record of client leadership in an agency environment
Comfortable owning accounts end-to-end without a support structure beneath you from day one
Entrepreneurial and self-starting, comfortable with ambiguity and growth
Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic
Exceptional verbal, written and non-verbal communication abilities
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate adaptability, confidence and professionalism
Organizationally strong. Plan, delegate and prioritize effectively
Digital marketing knowledge and the tactics to amplify PR work
Excellent writing and copy editing skills across both PR and digital marketing

Account Executive

What To Expect:
This role was made for someone who gets genuinely excited about a great story and isn't afraid to do the work it takes to land it.
You've spent the last few years learning the PR ropes inside an agency, and you've picked them up well. You know what good account execution looks like. You've seen what works and what doesn't, and you're ready to take that experience somewhere new.
Day-to-day, you'll be writing, pitching, strategizing, and staying on top of client communication, sometimes all before lunch. You're the kind of person who can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom right back in to get things done.
You'll work closely with the agency's president to help build and manage early-stage client partnerships, with media relations at the heart of it all. That looks like finding the angles that make journalists pay attention, digging up the data points that make a story stick, securing placements that actually move the needle, and walking clients through what it all means with confidence and clarity.
We're brand new, and honestly, that's the part that should excite you most. You want to be in the room where new ideas come to life and your voice is heard and welcomed.
Who You Are:
An agency professional with a background in media relations, public relations, and/or communications.
You enjoy supporting a diverse range of industries and diving into daily execution; no task is too small. Writing, pitching, reporting, client communication, etc. You thrive in the details and are always on it.
You build the kind of client relationships that feel more like partnerships than contracts. You love that part of your role and it comes naturally to you.
You have a strong foundation in media relations and content, and you're actively building your experience across events, influencers, digital, and social.

3-5+ years of experience in media relations, communications, or public relations in an agency environment.
Skilled writer and copy editor who crafts unique pitches and storylines with clarity and cleverness.
A media trendspotter who’s already secured top-tier placements and has the clips to show for it.
Comfortable executing on accounts end-to-end without a support structure beneath you from day one.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable leading client calls and overseeing email communication or further advancing the skillset.
A true team player who thrives in a remote environment, collaborating closely with a small, growing team.
You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in work that's polished and error-free.
